We are in network with MEDICARE, MEDICAID, and most all Private  insurances. To file your insurance please bring your insurance cards, a picture ID, and  a current prescription with you to your appointment.  Insurance regulations make it necessary to have a new prescription annually, from your current treating physician.  If you prefer not to file insurance we won't need a prescription or insurance cards.  We take Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. However we are happy to file your insurance for you, to save you the hassle of having to do it yourself.
